Flannel pouch filled with rice. Place it in the microwave. Start with 1 minute! Heat can be increased by 30 second intervals. Generally Don’t heat for more than 2 minutes!!! Use at your own risk. Heated over 2 minutes the pouch can burn the skin!! Once out of the microwave, kneed the rice – the inner core is hotter than the rest – to distribute the heat.
Additional uses: Can be put in the freezer for a few hours and used as a cold pack for knees, ankles, wrists, elbows, etc.
